Jalen Brunson is a professional basketball player currently playing for the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA. Brunson was born in New Jersey on August 31, 1996, and played high school basketball at Stevenson High School.


Brunson was a highly touted recruit coming out of high school, and ultimately decided to attend Villanova University. During his time at Villanova, Brunson was a two-time National Champion and won the John R. Wooden Award as the best player in college basketball in 2018.


Following a successful college career, Brunson was selected 33rd overall by the Dallas Mavericks in the 2018 NBA Draft. Brunson has since become a key contributor for the Mavericks, known for his leadership, poise, and basketball IQ. He has also shown an ability to score and create for others, making him a valuable asset for the Mavericks both on and off the court.
